Kaiser Medical Plan
This plan gives you more predictable costs but less flexibility than the HDHP and PPO plans.
Kaiser Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) – California only
You pay a copay for most services, but all care must be received within the Kaiser network. Out-of-network care isn’t covered except in the case of an emergency and you must choose a primary care physician (PCP) to manage routine care, referrals, and hospital stays. To find in-network providers, click here.

Transparency in Coverage
This link leads to the machine-readable files made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and health care providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to enable researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze data more easily.
