How do I access my CVS account?
For savings opportunities and personalized support, register at Caremark.com.
Will I receive a new ID card?
Once you enroll in one of the Snowflake Cigna health plans, it will contain information about your medical coverage, as well as pharmacy benefits. You will not receive a separate pharmacy ID card.
What if I have a specialty medication?
If you take a specialty medication (for a condition like rheumatoid arthritis or multiple sclerosis), contact CVS directly to get started with CVS Specialty® to fill that prescription. If you are taking a medication on this list, you must enroll in the PrudentRx program for your prescription to be covered by the plan. You can find more information on PrudentRx.
Pharmacy Services
ScriptSyncTM your prescriptions, ready together.
You can now schedule your prescriptions for pickup at the same time. This service will save you time, simplify the process, and help you stay on track with your medications. Here is what you can expect:
- Your refills will be coordinated for pickup on one pickup date each month, saving you trips to the pharmacy.
- Before each pickup date, you’ll receive a reminder call or text message letting you know your prescriptions are ready.
- Online access allows you to quickly add or remove prescriptions at your convenience.
