Pride

As you may know, June is Pride Month. At Snowflake, embracing each other’s differences is a core value of our organization. We recognize and appreciate the importance of creating an environment in which all employees feel valued, included, and empowered to do their best work and bring great ideas to the table. We are focused on building a company that cultivates a sense of belonging for everyone.

Adoption and surrogacy reimbursement

There are many ways to build and grow your family and we want to help you focus on what matters most to you, less on costs. Our adoption and surrogacy program is designed to give you reimbursement for the qualified expenses you incur in your journey to parenthood, up to $10,000 per adoption or surrogacy (employees may use this benefit up to a lifetime maximum of two times).

Providing paid time off for bonding with your new child through Snowflake’s parental leave

Snowflake offers generous leave options for all new parents—whether you are caring for a newborn or newly adopted child—regardless of the parent’s gender or location. Please see our benefits page on snowflakebenefits.com/parental-leave/ to learn about the different types and lengths of leave we offer depending on your specific situation. Parental Leaves are available so parents can have that precious time to bond with the new child they brought into the home (through birth, adoption, or foster placement).

For more information please review the US Snowflake Maternity and Parental Leave of Absence Policy and frequently asked questions (FAQs) on The Lift.

Inclusion, belonging, and empowerment are the core values guiding how we build our teams and support our leaders; we apply these principles to everything we do and strive to create an environment to help everyone thrive, at work and in life.
