Cigna Members
Annual flu shots can help keep your family well through the back-to-school season. Click here for Cigna’s guide to participating pharmacies and remember to bring your Cigna medical ID card with you to the pharmacy. HINT: Many pharmacies are now requiring an appointment for flu shots so be sure to make one in advance!
Kaiser Members
Sometimes it isn’t easy to find the time to take your kids to the doctor’s office. Kaiser offers telehealth and virtual care services so you can get them the care they need for a variety of minor conditions over the phone, via email, or on a video chat.
- Phone: Schedule a phone appointment with a doctor or call an advice nurse.
- Email: Send an email at any time to Kaiser’s care team. Most members receive a reply within 48 hours or sooner.
- Video: Schedule a video appointment with the doctor, meet with a specialist, or have an on-demand video chat with a physician.

Annual Physicals
Yearly checkups are important for everyone in your family. Both Cigna and Kaiser cover the cost of annual physicals for you and your dependents, so be sure to get them on your calendar. HINT: Schedule next year’s exam when you’re checking out! You can usually change it later if you have a scheduling conflict, but this way you’ll have the spot saved with the office and a calendar reminder for yourself.
Lyra – Mental Health
Lyra offers convenient, confidential support for your and your family’s mental health. As a Snowflake employee, you, your dependents, and your spouse or domestic partner can each access 25 sessions per year for therapy and coaching.
