Mental Health Support for the Whole Family
Taking care of your mental health is essential, and our benefits are designed to support you and your loved ones. Through Lyra, Snowflakes and their dependents have access to free, confidential mental health services ranging from managing stress, navigating a transition, or seeking identity-affirming care. Lyra’s network includes providers experienced in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and families, ensuring you connect with someone who understands your needs.
Identifying as LGBTQIA+ can be a source of strength and empowerment. Yet, LGBTQIA+ people are more likely to experience a psychological disorder in their lifetime, largely due to experiences of discrimination and marginalization.
We invite you to attend an upcoming LGBTQIA+ Mental Health and Resilience workshop on June 19th or June 25th.
