Cigna’s Omada Diabetes Prevention Program 

Cigna’s Omada Diabetes Prevention Program is a digital behavior change initiative that helps individuals manage weight, build healthy habits, and reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Learn more about this program here.

Caremark Cost Saver (GoodRx) program (applies to Cigna medical plan participants)

Powered by GoodRx, Caremark Cost Saver provides members with automatic access to GoodRx’s prescription drug pricing to receive lower prices on generic medications,  when available. You can learn more here.

Additional Mental Health support through Lyra 

Snowflakes and their dependents enrolled in one of our Cigna medical plans can continue seeing their Lyra network therapist or coach if they exceed the Lyra maximum number of sessions (25 sessions/calendar year)  Starting with your 26th session, Lyra will pass claims to Cigna and you will be responsible for a share of cost (deductible, copay or coinsurance) as applicable with the plan you’re enrolled in.

Also new for 2024, Snowflakes and their dependents enrolled in one of our Cigna medical plans can partner with a Lyra clinician for the following services:

  • Prescription drug support through Lyra for medication management.
  •  Clinical Leave Evaluation module. This module will assist members who need to take a leave of absence due to mental or behavioral health reasons by establishing the medical need for the leave and completing any necessary paperwork.

RethinkCare Professional Neurodiversity Program

RethinkCare added a professional neurodiversity program that offers specialized support for neurodiverse and neurotypical employees. Whether you are an individual contributor or a people manager, you can take advantage of the following services:

  • 1:1 consultations with experienced practitioners
  • 150+ expert-led skills training and resources

Maven menopause program 

We expanded our partnership with Maven and added their menopause program to provide holistic support for Snowflakes or their eligible family members experiencing perimenopause and menopause, including:

  • Clinical care management to identify menopausal symptoms early and manage care throughout an individual’s menopausal journey
  • 24/7 virtual care teams specialize in all stages of the menopause journey, such as support for mood fluctuations, hot flashes, sleep issues, work balance, prevention of chronic conditions, and general menopause education.

Maven’s menopause program is available to all Snowflakes and their benefit-eligible dependents at no cost.  See the enrollment overview to learn more.

Trustmark

Trustmark Life Insurance with  Long-Term Care (LTC) is a newly introduced optional benefit that offers a single policy with two benefits. It includes life insurance coverage for your designated beneficiary and a long-term care benefit that can be utilized to pay for long-term care services.

This benefit covers care services for those needing assistance with two or more daily living activities or cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer’s.
