Some questions to ask yourself when thinking about your 2024 benefit needs include:

• Are you currently paying more for medical coverage (i.e. your payroll contributions) than you are spending on healthcare (deductibles, copays, coinsurance) each year? TIP: If you are, the Cigna HDHP may be a good choice for you.
• Do you like the flexibility of going to almost any doctor or facility you want? The Cigna plans offer a nationwide network of physicians and facilities.
• Are you interested in a tax-saving vehicle that will let you grow an account that you can use to offset qualified healthcare costs now and in retirement? TIP: This is a Health Savings Account (HSA), which you can select when enrolling in the Cigna HDHP.
• Do you know if you’ll need a medical procedure next year?
• Are you expecting a major life event next year, such as getting married or starting or expanding your family? 
• Do you have predictable medical, dental and/or vision expenses every year? If so, a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) may be a good option for you.
• Would you like identity theft protection or prepaid legal?
• Do you have enough life insurance, or should you apply for more?
