Maximize your HSA & FSA in 2025
If you are enrolled in the HSA or Healthcare FSA in 2025, be sure to maximize your tax savings benefits. Focus on leveraging these accounts to cover a wide range of eligible expenses to get the most value from your pre-tax contributions. You can use HSA and FSA funds for routine medical expenses like copays, deductibles, prescriptions, and many over-the-counter medications. A full list of IRS-qualified medical expenses for both HSAs and Healthcare FSAs is available here.
New 401(k) Limits in 2025
For 2025, the IRS has increased the 401(k) contribution limit to $23,500, up from $23,000 in 2024. The catch-up contribution limit for those 50+ remains at $7,500.
New in 2025, people between the ages of 60 and 63 are eligible for a higher catch-up contribution limit of an additional $11,250 in contributions. For more information about the 401(k) program at Snowflake, click here.

Also, Snowflakes and their family members enrolled in one of our Cigna medical plans can continue seeing their Lyra network therapist or coach if they exceed the maximum number of sessions (25 sessions/calendar year).
