Prioritize Your Mental Wellbeing

While the holidays can bring joy, they can also be stressful. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained, you’re not alone, and help is available.

• Snowflake’s mental health benefit, Lyra, offers confidential therapy, coaching, and mental health resources for you and your dependents.
• You also have access to additional through Lyra, including help finding child or elder care, legal and financial consultations, and self-guided wellness tools.

Use Your Tax-Free Accounts Before the Deadline

If you’re enrolled in a Healthcare or Dependent Care FSA, make sure to use your balance before the deadline. Expenses must be incurred by December 31, and eligible claims need to be submitted by March 31, 2026.

• Eligible expenses may include prescriptions, over-the-counter items, medical devices, dental or vision care, and childcare.
• Remember: up to $660 of unused Healthcare FSA funds can roll over from 2025 to 2026, but any amount above that will be forfeited.

HSA funds roll over automatically, but it’s still a good idea to check your balance and think about contributing more before year-end if you haven’t reached the IRS limit.
