To assist employees with building their family through adoption or surrogacy, Snowflake offers financial assistance to help offset related costs.
Employees may be eligible for reimbursement of qualified expenses up to $10,000 per adoption or surrogacy. Employees may use this benefit up to a lifetime maximum of two times. For more information about this reimbursement program, please refer to the Snowflake US Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement Policy.
Once the adoption or surrogacy is finalized, you may apply for reimbursement. Requests for reimbursement should be submitted to Snowflake within six months of the finalization of adoption or surrogacy.

At the time of placement or birth, you may add your new child to your Snowflake benefit plans. You must make your enrollment updates within 31 days of the qualifying life event (adoption or birth).
