Snowflake offers two Cigna medical plans designed to fit your needs and budget. Review your options on this page and use our support services and resources to guide your benefits experience.
This option comes with a higher deductible than a traditional PPO, and the deductible must be satisfied before the plan will pay for any non-preventive medical or prescription services. But, because this is a qualified high deductible plan, you are eligible for a Health Savings Account (HSA). Snowflake will put money into your account automatically each pay period. You can reduce your taxable income by contributing pre-tax funds into your account. Learn more about HSAs.
This plan is a traditional PPO with a lower deductible than the HDHP. The deductible only applies to certain services. Most services are subject to a copayment. With this plan, you do not have access to an HSA, and the monthly payroll contributions are higher.

Get StartedCoaching and Therapy: Snowflakes and their dependents enrolled in a Cigna medical plan* can continue care with a Lyra network therapist or coach beyond the 25 free sessions per year. When care transitions to the Cigna medical plan, your regular deductibles, copays, or coinsurance apply.
Medication Management: You also have access to medication management support, allowing Cigna members* to get prescription drugs through Lyra.
Leave Assistance: In addition, Snowflakes enrolled in Cigna plans* will have access to a Clinical Leave Evaluation module in which Lyra will fill out the leave paperwork for members who need to take a leave of absence due to mental/behavioral health reasons.
*You (and your dependents) must be enrolled in a Cigna medical plan through Snowflake to qualify.
