The Maven menopause program provides holistic support for members experiencing perimenopause and menopause, including:

• Clinical care management to identify menopausal symptoms early and manage care throughout a member’s menopausal journey
• Specialized virtual care for every stage of menopause, including symptom management, education, and long-term health support.
• Referral lists to additional employer-sponsored resources and high-quality, in-person providers
