Kindbody provides support and resources for employees seeking to start or grow their families, including complete fertility services, fertility medication, nutrition, and mental health services.
Kindbody is available to all employees, as well their spouse or domestic partner, currently enrolled in one of our Cigna medical plans.

Rethink offers support to Snowflake employees caring for a child or adult dependent with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, or any other developmental disability.
Rethink gives your family 24/7 access to a best-in-class, research-based program specifically designed to support you and the unique challenges you face.

(These benefits required an active election by you during Open Enrollment. Not sure if you enrolled? Check your benefits on Empyrean. Enrollment is available annually or mid-year if you have a qualifying life event.)
All new members will receive a welcome kit letter in the mail. Please watch for a bright yellow envelope with the ARAG logo on it. However, you do not need a membership number or card to access the legal benefit. You should have received a welcome email from NortonLifeLock in December. The email went to your Snowflake email account. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your ‘promotions’ folder. You can set up your account and can create credentials with whatever email you choose.
If you have a previous account with NortonLifeLock, upon account activation, most of your information from your old account will transfer over. However, you will need to reactivate credit services, and if you used transaction monitoring previously, you will need to relink your financial accounts. You will see all your archived alerts in your new dashboard.
